NDLPT Exchange
Thank you for joining! This form gives us the information needed to confirm eligibility and make a thoughtful, fair match based on painting experience, mesh and size preferences, interests, and exchange expectations.
Before you begin, have your complete mailing address and 1-3 clear photos of a needlepoint canvas you personally designed and painted. The form takes about 10-15 minutes.
Your registration is not complete until your $5 fee and this form have both been received by September 12, 2026.
Your mailing address will be shared only with the participant sending to you and the organizer. Your email and/or Instagram handle will be shared with both exchange partners for communication. Painting samples are used privately for review and matching unless you separately give permission for public sharing.
